Form of payment
National Land Travel:
35% down payment for reservation,15% minimum 8 days prior to departure,50% remaining at the time of reception at the meeting point in cash, or deposit two days before the tour, trips
National Air:
35% down payment for reservation,15% one month before departure,50% remaining at the time of reception at the meeting point in cash, or deposit two days before the tour.
National Land Travel:
Reservation with $300.000 the first subscription is 30% 20 days after the first subscription, the second subscription 3 months after the first subscription (it all depends on the date of departure and the third subscription 100% 20 days before departure).
Payment Policies
Clients may pay for tourist services in the following manner:
Face-to-face: Payments can be made in cash or by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners).
Virtual: By means of a payment link, which is sent to the customer's email or whatsapp.
Other media: Consign or wire transfer to Bancolombia Savings Account, Daviplata.
Cancellation of service:
Aventureros por el Llano may cancel the contract, (1) in case of unexpected external fortuitous events or (2) if the payment conditions have not been fulfilled by the customer.
At any time the Client may cancel the contracted tourist services, taking into account the following penalties:
- Loss of tank 100%.
- Same day cancellation.
- In case of no-show on the day and time of the trip, you will lose any right to a refund or reimbursement of the money paid.
Travel Cancellation
The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be 5 working days from the day of the purchase of the tourist service for refund of the 100% of the money, if the reservation was made Thirty (30) days or more of the date scheduled for the trip.
After the passage of the portrait law, there is no refund of the initial deposit.
In case of unforeseen events such as (climatic changes, landslides, natural blockades or social manifestations in air, land or river transportation; in which the trip has to be cancelled due to Force Majeure, Aventureros por el Llano will return the 80% deposit of the reservation. This refund will be made during the 30 calendar days after the date on which the claim is made, a penalty of 100% of the travel expenses will be made, if cancelled two 2 days prior to departure.
Penalty of 50% of the trip expenses if you cancel 30 days before the trip.

Cancellation of Domestic Air Travel
The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be of 5 working days counted from the day of the purchase of the tourist service for refund of the 100% of the money, if the reservation was made Thirty (30) days or more of the date programmed for the trip, passed the law of withdrawal there is no refund of the initial deposit.

International Travel Cancellation
The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal shall be 5 working days from the day of purchase of the tourist service for the refund of 100% of the money, if the reservation was made five (5) months or more before the scheduled date of the trip.In fortuitous cases (climatic changes, landslides, natural blockades or social manifestations in the air, terrestrial or fluvial transportation; in which it is necessary to cancel the trip due to Force Majeure, Aventureros por el Llano will return the 70% of the deposit of the Reservation. This refund will be made within 30 calendar days after the date the claim is made. If the trip is not cancelled 5 days in advance, the money will not be refunded.

Cancellation of hikes
The 100% refund will be made if cancelled within five (5) working days from the day of purchase of the tourist service.
A penalty of 100% of the travel expenses will be charged if cancelled two 2 days prior to departure.
Cancellation policies and commitments
1.If you do not meet the minimum participation of 10 to 15 people depending on the event, 7 days before the scheduled date of the trip or walk, it will be canceled or postponed. 100% of the money raised will be refunded within 20 to 30 business days.

7.In case of cancellation or modification of the requested service 24 hours before the event, the penalty will be 100% of the contracted amount.
8.Rescheduling the activity more than twice will result in a 70% penalty.
9.You must provide all the information required to ensure that the quality processes are carried out successfully.
10.All activities must be separated according to the departure agreed upon.

12.The refund will be made minus commissions and bank charges when applicable.
Ethics Policies
Aventureros por el Llano, warns tourists that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are punishable by criminal and administrative sanctions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, therefore, we will immediately notify the authorities of any act that violates the integrity of minors.
General Recommendations
- All persons must read and accept the information sheet of the activity to be carried out.
- Accessories such as cameras, jewelry, cell phones and other valuables are the responsibility of the wearer.
- The activities are subject to modifications due to weather conditions or recommendations from control agencies.
- Our company has an agreement with Magenta Insurance, therefore, we require complete information of each person in the respective registration/Check In, before starting activities, to be punctual at the appointed time for the activity.
